The Project

The classic UHC format along with exciting custom mechanics turned Twitch UHC II into a memorable event. Twelve duos faced the classic challenges from ultra-hardcore games while they fought to survive against new custom mobs, obtaining special tools and getting their hands onto the powerful trinkets that granted their carriers special abilities, deciding the course of the game.

Team Puerco Potato, made up by Adripotato and Cerdonio, emerged victorious in this event.

Trinkets

Trinkets were one of the most novel things in this event. Artifacts that could be placed in certain inventory slots to obtain differnt advantages. Trinkets provided benefits ranging from simple effects (resistance, jump boost...) to interesting mechanics, such as gold generation, dimension leaping, etc., all with their own limitations to ensure a fair, balanced game.

Custom equipment

In Twitch UHC II, people could obtain equipment exclusively designed for the event. Weapons such as the poisonous fang, the feldspar sword, or armor pieces such as the strider boots were essential during the game and forced even the most experienced players adapt to the new game style. All this equipment allowed the players to walk through lava, perform double jumps, slow down enemies and many other things.

The game

All twelve teams, besides fighting each other, had to face custom abilities from other mobs. These new creatures made the PvE experience even more extreme, with spiders that pulled players with their web or ice blazes.

Most players made it close to the end of the game, keeping the events tension high, up to the last minute. After an intense fight, with the world border shrinking constantly, Team Puerco Potato managed to eliminate the last players remaining, thus winning the event.
